the millwork for our
Irish Pub we recently
opened in Normal, Illinois. I cannot tell you enough how pleased we were with the outstanding service and dedication we received from Harbour House.
When my partners and I set out to try and replicate an authentic Irish Pub, we completed extensive research to determine what type of millwork we wanted
to have reproduced. At first, we felt the only way to create this style was to hire a company from Ireland. After meeting with you in Chicago and
reviewing the work you could provide, we were convinced you could do the job.
Your approach was very consultative, making recommendations after thorough research as well as visiting us on site. Your suggestions not only saved us
money but also improved upon the finished product. In addition, you also managed to deliver all the millwork in the timeframe we discussed. The end
result was one which any bar owner would have been proud of! The comments we have received from our customers have been outstanding!
I would not hesitate to recommend your work to anyone who sets out to build a bar. You have provided us with the heart and soul of our establishment,

"Ten years ago our family purchased the Orleans Inn which was slated to be razed. I did not think the building could be saved. My son Ryan took on the project at 18 years old and contracted with Harbour House to do the interior tables, booths and Victorian Bar. It was hard for me to visualize, but Harbour House brought their team and mapped out the optimum design for a perfect restaurant/bar layout.
Just a week before opening two trucks arrived with all the custom mahogany furniture and bar. What a transformation! We went from a bare empty structure to a breathtaking beauty which has impressed people since it arrived. In two days the job was finished and well in time for unveiling to a welcoming public. People have been awed by the quality and beauty of the Harbour House product.
We have since added a gorgeous hostess stand, portable service bar, wine cabinets and shelving units. We have just ordered with confidence another back bar and buffet units which will further enhance the ambience and efficiency of the Orleans Inn.

"We've been doing business with Harbour House Bar Crafting ever since we opened our first restaurant 10 years ago. They have always been very responsive to our needs and produce high quality millwork that enhances the look of our restaurants. Recently, we wanted to rework some of the seating in our restaurants and one of the owners drove down and spent the day giving us ideas to make the layouts more efficient. By the end of the day we had found an additional 50 seats that we were able to add to three restaurants. Now that's something that can really add value to a restaurant. Currently, our strategy is to double the size of our company in the next five years by adding six new restaurants.
